1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickDrop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickDrop provides a file hosting and sharing platform. Users may upload files which are encrypted client-side and stored temporarily on our servers. Shareable links are generated for each upload.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent file size or rate limits
• Use automated tools to bulk upload without prior authorization

4. File Storage and Deletion

Files are stored for the duration selected at upload (default: 30 days). After expiration, files are permanently and irrecoverably deleted. We reserve the right to delete files that violate these terms without notice.

5. Privacy and Encryption

Files are encrypted client-side using AES-256-GCM. We do not have access to encryption keys and cannot decrypt user files. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. QuickDrop is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of the Service. We recommend keeping local copies of important files.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced on the website.
