About QuickDrop

QuickDrop was founded in 2024 with a simple mission: make file sharing as easy and secure as possible. We believe everyone should be able to share files without complicated sign-ups or privacy concerns.

Our Mission

We built QuickDrop because existing services were either too complex, too expensive, or didn't take privacy seriously. Our platform uses end-to-end encryption and we never scan or analyze your files.

How It Works

When you upload a file, it's encrypted in your browser before being sent to our servers. The decryption key is embedded in the shareable link, meaning only people with the link can access the file. We physically cannot read your data.

Files are automatically deleted after 30 days, or you can set a custom expiration. Free accounts support files up to 2 GB each.

Infrastructure

QuickDrop runs on servers distributed across Europe and North America. We use redundant storage to ensure your files are always available during their lifetime. Our infrastructure is hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centers.
